Lesson 19: Porcelain skin still!

I still can't get my hands on how to do my porcelain skin effect i am trying to make on moniques skin! its just not working. i have tried multiple websites opinions and found a good one and i think i have followed the website to much and should just use a bit of what i understand. i have now got confused with my layers and stuffed it all up so i have decided for next lesson to start again now i know what to do:)
