Lesson 18: Porcelain!!

I continued to make Monique's skin look very porcelain like and shiny. i found the perfect website with confusing instructions but make sense. Mr powell helped me and its a journey to make it happen but it is looking good. I'm excited to finish the skin to see if it works but i positive that it may look just like a doll!
